After completing the game with any character and getting the two special crystals in the Execution tower using the Hard difficulty, save the game and highlight the character you used to finish the game. Hold the analog stick in the up position and choose the character to select a new outfit. Reidhart's alternate costume is Simon Belmont's original costume.
