Go to the character select screen and highlight Byakko. Now press Up, Down, Left, Left, Right, Left, Up.

This cheat is as hard to do as completing the game. You first have to beat the first two legendary sovkahn slaves, then battle your way to the third. Blast him to within an inch of his life (watch out for the water), then while at the top of the spiral let the water touch you right after you finish him. The game will get confused and say you died and finished the mission at the same time, wait a few seconds and it will continue with your life meter at a negative # . this takes a few tries but afterward you will be happy you put in the work cause this game gets incrdibly hard from this level on.
